Trade account

Buy without an account. Open one because you intend to come back.

Nobody needs an account to buy 100 blank tees from us — wholesale prices are published, and an order starts with a quote rather than a cart. An account is for the second order, and the fifth: a fixed tier instead of a fresh quote, the same dye lot where stock allows, terms instead of a card, and one person who already knows your spec.

The form below takes about two minutes. It is not a credit application and nothing is created without your say-so — we read it, reply with a price and two or three styles worth starting on, and you decide.

What an account actually changes

A price list, not a quote each time

Your tier is fixed against your usual volume, so you are not re-quoting 200 white tees every month. Ask for a number, you get it the same day.

Dye-lot hold on reorders

For recurring programmes we reserve the same lot where stock allows, so month three matches month one. This is the single most requested thing after the first reorder.

Net 30 after a first order

One paid order, then terms on application. No deposit on every shipment, and no card fees on a $4,000 invoice.

One person who knows your spec

Weight, colour standards, size curve and label position go on file. You stop re-explaining your product to a different inbox each time.

What we do not ask for

Most supplier application forms are built to filter people out. Ours is built to route your order, so the list of requirements is short on purpose.

Resale certificate
Not required to buy. We are not a US distributor and do not gate pricing behind a tax ID.
Business registration
Not required for stock orders. Needed only if you want net terms.
Container quantities
The minimum stays at 100 pieces per style and colour, account or no account.
A contract or exclusivity
None. An account changes the terms, not your obligations.

What happens after you send it

  1. 1

    You send the form

Two minutes. Business type, volume, which route, what you buy most.

  2. 2

We reply in one business day

With the tier that fits your volume, the route that fits your deadline, and the two or three styles we would start with.

  3. 3

    One paid order

Anything from 100 pieces. This is what makes the account real — it is also the only way we both learn whether the fit is right.

  4. 4

    Terms and a named contact

Net 30 on application, dye-lot hold, and your spec on file from the second order onward.

Trade account application

Three sections: who you are, what you do, how you want to work. Fields marked with* are the only required ones.

Questions before you apply

+Do I need a resale certificate to buy?

No. That is the main practical difference between us and a large US distributor: no certificate, no business account, 100 pieces, published prices. A tax ID only becomes relevant if you want net 30 terms.

+Is there a fee or a minimum spend for the account?

No fee and no annual minimum. The order minimum is unchanged at 100 pieces per style and colour, whether or not you have an account.

+What if I am not a business yet?

Apply anyway and say so. Plenty of accounts start as one person with a design and a market stall. The form asks what you do, not what you are registered as.

+Can I buy blanks and have you decorate them?

Yes — screen print, DTG and embroidery run on the same order as the blank. Say which method in the form and the quote comes back with both lines.

+Will you contact me by phone?

Only if you ask. The reply comes by email or WhatsApp, whichever you put in the form.

+How long does approval take?

One business day for a stock account. If net 30 terms are involved, add a few days for the credit check.
