For schools & organisations
Vendor packet submission
Schools, clubs, teams and organisations usually cannot buy from a factory without a document set — the procurement office needs the supplier on file before a purchase order can be raised. This page is how that set is requested, and it lists exactly what you will receive.
What the packet contains
- Capability statement. What we sew and decorate, the weights we run, and the weekly capacity in pieces.
- Fabric and weight sheet. Composition, gsm, knit type and finish for every style quoted.
- Decoration capability. Screen print, DTG, DTF, puff, embroidery and neck labels, with the minimums for each.
- MOQ and lead times. 100 pcs per colour and style; samples 7–10 days; bulk scheduled after sample approval.
- Sample policy. What a sample costs, what it covers, and how it is shipped.
- Payment and bank details. T/T and L/C terms, with bank details confirmed through a second channel rather than by a link in an email.
- Shipping documents. The set issued per order: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and the origin documents that apply.
What we do not issue
We are a manufacturer registered in China, so tax documents are issued in China; a US W-9 is normally issued by the importer of record rather than by us. We also do not put certification marks on a document unless the certificate exists for that order — a packet that lists certifications we have not been issued would fail the first audit it meets.

Questions
What is in the vendor packet?
A capability statement, the fabric and weight sheet, the decoration capability list, MOQ and lead times, the sample policy, bank details for T/T and L/C, and the shipping document set we issue per order.
How long does it take to receive?
Usually one business day. If the request includes a bank-detail verification step, allow two — that step is done by a person precisely because it is the one that gets forged.
Do you provide US tax forms such as a W-9?
No. We are a manufacturer registered in China, so our tax documents are issued in China. Where a buyer needs a US-side form, it is normally issued by the importer of record, not by us.
Can the packet be issued in a specific format?
Yes: PDF for circulation, or the individual documents as separate files if your procurement system requires them. Tell us the format in the form.
